• Phase 1 – Visual Direction Exploration: Define a shared visual language and layout approach aligned with CarbonLeap’s brand for all three boards.

• Phase 2 – Poster Design Concepts: Design initial concepts for each of the three posters (Vineyards, Data Centers, Impact Advisor), focusing on clarity, bold messaging, and visual impact.

• Phase 3 – Finalization & Delivery: Refine designs based on feedback and deliver high-resolution files optimized for print at 40–55” sizes.

• Design will prioritize visual clarity, avoiding small fonts and ensuring readability from a distance.

• All poster designs will maintain stylistic consistency while allowing each station to stand out.

• Collaboration will be via Slack with feedback rounds included; print-ready formats (PDF, EPS) will be provided.
