Phase 2 – MVP Orchestration (4 weeks – € 4,950 – approx. 50 hours):
We deliver a functional MVP using low-code technology, including UX/UI design, onboarding flows, matching logic, and basic asset/investor profile management, ready for stakeholder demos and early validation.
Phase 3 – Cycles (Growth Iteration) (min. 4 weeks – starting at € 3,000/month):
We initiate monthly sprints to extend features, improve usability, and scale the product, with priorities and goals defined collaboratively for each cycle.
Notes
- The Blueprint includes outputs valuable for grants and early-stage fundraising: business model canvas, platform architecture, preliminary visual identity, and an investor-ready mini deck.
- The MVP will be developed using no-code/low-code tools to reduce time and cost while maintaining high customization and functionality.
- Growth Cycles may include feature extensions such as client portals, document management, multilingual UI, and lightweight CRM modules, prioritized jointly.
