Phase 1: Research and User Experience Design (3 weeks - € 2.000)
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis – Conduct a high-level analysis to identify industry trends, user expectations, and competitive positioning, setting a foundation for the product approach.
- Product Strategy & Planning – Define project goals, align on priorities, and structure the workflow through discussions with the product owner.
- User Flow Design & Iteration – Develop and refine detailed user flows to ensure an efficient and engaging journey through the platform.
Phase 2: User Interface Design
(After completion of the initial phase)
- 10 Screens – €2,500 (3 weeks)
- 15 Screens – €3,750 (4 weeks)
- 20 Screens – €5,000 (5 weeks)
Each package includes high-fidelity UI designs based on the approved user flows, ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment with the platform’s goals.
Notes:
- Deliverables will be structured around weekly reviews to allow for ongoing collaboration and adjustments.
- Additional screens or features beyond the selected package can be scoped separately if needed.
