2 Phases

Phase 1 – Tenant App & Web Flows: Design the tenant-facing app and web app flows as outlined in the Tenant App document, including functionality for document access, repairs, contact, payments, FAQ, and account management with a clear, user-friendly interface.

‍Phase 2 – Service Charges Module: Design the service charges section with screens for period settings (including repeat logic and manual generation), allocation key setup (GFA/NFA/units), configurable fee settings (global and item-specific), and both basic and detailed reporting (with attachments and contribution overviews).

Notes

‍This design phase is for internal alignment and will guide developer implementation. Deliverables will be structured for immediate usability in development, using Figma for layout and documentation. Outputs will align with existing system logic where needed and remain flexible to allow simplified UX while enhancing usability.
