This is how we partnered with SalesMagic to redesign their entire web presence, turning a feature-heavy one-pager into a clear, conversion-driven platform. A focused website redesign that finally gives a powerful sales-tech product the narrative structure and visual credibility it needs to win in a competitive B2B market
The problem we solved:
SalesMagic's method was strong, but years of shipping features without a clear story left the website confusing and unable to convert the right buyers.
How we solved it:
Full UX and copy overhaul, a restructured information architecture, sharper messaging hierarchy, and a visual identity built to match the product's ambition.

The Challenge

SalesMagic operates at the intersection of data intelligence and B2B sales automation, from intent-based prospecting and AI agents to multichannel outreach across email, phone, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. But their offer had grown more sophisticated over the years, and the website never kept up.

The real complexity? Their buyers are VP-level and C-suite decision makers at fast-growing B2B companies who evaluate vendors in seconds. Any redesign needed to earn trust immediately without oversimplifying, building a web experience where the method feels clear and inevitable, think Salesforce meets growth agency, while staying sharp enough to book calls with senior buyers who have zero patience for noise.

Our Approach

We started with deep research. Our team immersed themselves in understanding how SalesMagic's sales conversations actually worked, from the first touch to the booked call, mapping objections, mental models and the moments that made a skeptical B2B buyer convert. Only then did we begin designing.

We restructured the entire site around a single conversion journey: establish credibility fast, make the method impossible to ignore, then remove every reason not to act. From there, we moved into visual design and copy, working in close collaboration with SalesMagic's founding team across every section. This is not a handoff relationship; we are embedded partners iterating together.

The Outcome

What began as a website redesign has evolved into an ongoing positioning effort. The new structure gives SalesMagic's method the clarity it always deserved. Pages that once confused visitors now guide them through a coherent story. And the work continues month by month, as SalesMagic expands into new markets and verticals, we keep refining the platform that helps ambitious B2B companies scale their pipeline without scaling their headcount.
