MVP Philosophy

The MVP demonstrates Deployed's core value proposition:

Verified institutional users can originate real-estate opportunities, access liquidity or fundraise through standardized data fields and confidentiality controls.

Everything else โ€” algorithmic matching, multi-asset expansion, and AI integration โ€” follows once the data infrastructure is proven and trusted, in Phase 2.

Phase 1: MVP Launch (Month 1โ€“3)

User Registration & Verification

Institutional onboarding via email + LinkedIn verification, company-registry cross-check, and generation of a basic trust score tied to verified entity data.

Structured Deal Listings (Real Estate Only)

Standardized input form โ€” in-depth deal metrics, data, summaries, pictures, documents and confidentiality level. Listings support Redacted vs Open modes, giving originators full control over visibility during discovery.

Document Upload & Visibility Controls ("Light Data Room")

Originators can upload supporting documents (teasers, IMs, financials, technical files, etc.) and tag them for Pre-EOI or Post-EOI visibility.

Each listing includes an NDA Upload & Gate:

  • The listing owner attaches the NDA they require counterparties to sign.
  • Users submitting an EOI must execute the NDA digitally (upload / confirm).
  • Once approved, Post-EOI files automatically unlock for that counterparty.
Search & Discovery

Structured search and filtering by transaction type, Re subsector, asset type, location, size, and indicative value, with saved searches + email alerts for new relevant listings.

Access Control Workflow

Users submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs); listing owners review, request NDA execution if required, and approve or deny access.

Upon approval, full structured data and gated documents become viewable.

Contextual Exchange Module

Light, deal-specific thread for clarifications or document requests โ€” strictly attached to the listing; not social interaction.

Admin-Led Matching (Manual Intelligence)

During Phase 1, Deployed's internal team manually analyses user mandates and deal metadata to surface relevant matches.

This process validates the future AI-driven mandate-matching logic and refines data-taxonomy requirements.

Won't Have (Explicitly Phase 2)
