Originators can upload supporting documents (teasers, IMs, financials, technical files, etc.) and tag them for Pre-EOI or Post-EOI visibility.

Each listing includes an NDA Upload & Gate:

• The listing owner attaches the NDA they require counterparties to sign.
• Users submitting an EOI must execute the NDA digitally (upload / confirm).
• Once approved, Post-EOI files automatically unlock for that counterparty.

Structured search and filtering by transaction type, Re subsector, asset type, location, size, and indicative value, with saved searches + email alerts for new relevant listings.

Users submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs); listing owners review, request NDA execution if required, and approve or deny access.

Upon approval, full structured data and gated documents become viewable.

Light, deal-specific thread for clarifications or document requests — strictly attached to the listing; not social interaction.

During Phase 1, Deployed's internal team manually analyses user mandates and deal metadata to surface relevant matches.

This process validates the future AI-driven mandate-matching logic and refines data-taxonomy requirements.

Deal Sponsors can invite external counterparties directly by email — even if they have no account on Deployed. The invited person receives a tokenised link that takes them straight to the deal page and allows them to submit an EOI without completing a full registration flow.

• Deal owner enters one or more email addresses from the listing dashboard; each triggers a branded invitation email containing a unique, time-limited token.
• The invite link resolves to a deal-specific landing page showing the pre-EOI view of the listing (same redaction rules as a logged-out visitor).
• The guest completes a lightweight EOI form: name, organisation, role, message, and optional NDA acknowledgement — no password or profile setup required.
• Submission creates a guest EOI record linked to the invite token and the listing; the Deal Sponsor receives the same EOI notification they would for any registered applicant.
• Invite tokens expire after 7 days; the Sponsor can resend or revoke at any time from the listing dashboard.
• If the guest later registers, the platform detects the matching email and merges the guest EOI into their new profile automatically.
